Did I tell you all about the time this week I almost punched a random lady in the face? 🤬👊💥 I was at the local gas station grabbing a lemonade from the case, looking lovingly at the soda section when a lady says with disdain in her voice “Oh, I wouldn’t get that regular soda if I were you. They are so bad for you.” Then she grabs a Diet Coke!!! 🤯Yes, I gave her the LOOK 👀 and replied “You only drink diet soda? You must be so healthy.” ~ See, I recently gave up my favorite all time drink, Dr. Pepper. And to be honest with you, I am still craving & missing him so much. It has been 59 days since my last one and I am still struggling BIG TIME. Struggling not to give in to the cravings, to the feeling of the bubbles going down my throat, to that sweet, sweet taste of 23 flavors. Yet, I carry on as I know that it is the best health decision for me right now. ~ Have you ever given something up that you knew was bad for you?
