Yay! Today is Donut Day! I have not been feeling well for the past few weeks and I have decided to throw the kale out the door in favor of donuts. Being married to a Certified Personal Trainer, eating healthy food & setting a good example for our son, there is always a supply of veggies & bible grains.😁 But today, we are having donuts for breakfast with no apologies.
