In the 5 years of running my business, I’ve received a ton of feedback from clients. Most of it great.😊 Some of it not so great, but I believe all of it has made me better at what I do. By and large, I get the most positive feedback on my ability to generate ideas for my clients to build their personal brands while being brutally honest at the same time. I’m sure it’s a turn off for a lot of people who come across my services however, I’m thankful that my clear branding draws only my ideal clients—those who appreciate and actually encourage my ‘real talk’ style and approach. 🤝 Immediately creating a sense of empathy with my clients allows me to gain their trust—and a key part of that is developing a healthy expectation that will help them not only change their businesses but also their lives for the better.
